I had the pleasure of meeting this gorgeous family in December. They are friends of wonderful clients (and now friends) of mine and I was delighted to work with them too.

Billy is their first baby, and boy is he a cutiepie! We had lots of fun playing together and capturing this sweet little man with his parents. At the end of the session he was plain ol’ tuckered out and fell right to sleep. I have to say, I just love how this session turned out. Is he not the cutest thing!?

This wedding was just amazing for so many reasons! First of all Sinead and Andy are just a great couple, in fact I may even be bold enough to say that we have crossed the photographer/client barrier and we are now friends. They are so chilled out, and yet full of fun.

The loaction of this wedding, Roseleague Manor, is also just stunning. The staff there are excellent and every single wedding I’ve had the pleaseure of photographing there has run in a perfect seamless way. The weather this day too, September 30th, was completely unexpected. I woke up that morning and it was something like you’d expect on doomsday! It was pouring rain and dark, not ideal wedding weather. I even got a text from Andy that morning saying what a disaster it was. Thankfully, and miraculously the day got better and better and turned out to be a real stunner which the sun shining all afternoon. These guys are so lucky!

Anyone who knows me, knows that the getting ready is by far my favourite part of the day, I just love it! So here are a few from before Andy and Sinead’s ceremony. I couldn’t narrow it down so I’m breaking their wedding post into 2 sections, and the post with their ceremony and onwards will follow in a few days.

Yesterday afternoon I had the great pleasure of spending some time with Sarah and her gorgeous 6 week old baby boy, Nathan, unfortunately his daddy had to be away for work. Oh and also Nathan’s 4-legged siblings were there too, let’s not forget them!

As Nathan is only 6 weeks old, Sarah feels she’s still getting into the swing of breastfeeding, but you know what she looked like she’s doing a pretty great job to me, and the proof is in that super cute and smiley little boy. Oh my, is he a cutie pie or what! Nathan was a super model and we got some great photos before he decided he needed to go back to his pram and have a snooze, he totally deserved it after all the hard work her did.

It was an absolute pleasure hanging out with you guys, I hope you enjoyed it too. Just a quick sneak peek from the session, it won’t be long until I have the entire session edited, I just can’t help but edited them!

look at that smile!!

A few weeks ago on a very autumnal Sunday morning I headed to Barna, Co. Galway to do an engagement session with Natasha and Noel. The woods were quiet, the pier was quiet, it was just perfect for photos, and the big black cloud of doomsday stayed away until we were just getting into our cars to head home!

It was a pleasure doing the session with them, they were so relaxed in front of the camera. I’m really looking forward to their wedding at the start of November.
